We will only accept returns in situations where the wrong item was shipped. People vary a lot in sensitivity to Salvia divinorum. Some people are extremely sensitive, and others are amazingly resistant to Salvia's effects. Between 10% -15% of people are unusually insensitive to salvia; these people are often referred to as 'salvia hardheads'. Although most people can obtain effects from salvia, not all people enjoy Salvia Divinorum's effects. The products we offer are of excellent quality. If you have difficulty obtaining effects, make sure you have done your research. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds in cases where a person has low sensitivity to salvia divinorum or does not like its effects. Salvia Divinorum pleases most of the people most of the time, but certainly not all of the people all of the time. If you have no luck at all with salvia let us know and we can work something out!
